"Social Media Is Emotionally Manipulating Your Behaviour" by Sunny Crittenden

"Social Media Is Emotionally Manipulating Your Behaviour" was created during the pandemic, after watching the documentary "The Social Dilemma" on Netflix. The documentary is about social media platforms and their algorithms, and how they manipulate the public into being better little consumers.

Once I realized Facebook's algorithm was actively working against my mental health, i essentially stopped using it, and I turned off all social media notifications. During my time away, I started making a series of paintings called "Antisocial Media". This is one of them.

This painting is 16x16" "cut & paste" mixed media on a wood board and is one of the last two physical "cut & paste" paintings of my girls I feel I'll ever complete. I also feel it's one of my best. Therefore, it is priced accordingly.

There is a sawtooth hanger on the back of this painting for hanging.
